What is Autoimmune (AI)?



Hey! Have you guys heard of autoimmune? Because we must first know what it is before getting in to the 'What is Multiple Sclerosis?'


"My immune system attacks itself. What's your super power?"

Autoimmune, short for AI is a disease where our immune system mistakenly attacks our own body.


Symptoms

The symptoms of autoimmune are health that never heals although treated, easy to feel fatigued/extreme fatigue, often forget, need more time to do simple works, often feel cold, fever, accompanied by pain in the joints.


Causes

The causes, are not knows exactly, but its roots are related to genetic factors (25%) and environmental factors and our lifestyle (75%) like food intakes, stress, sleep pattern, pollution, infection, radiation, and so on.


One thing we must know is that, there are many types of autoimmune. There are around 150 types of autoimmune which are,
